a Morrissey or a Smiths shirt soo bad! I've really grown to like the music so much! I love "Suedehead" by Morrissey and "This Charming Man" from The Smiths! But theres a lot of other great songs too. I just really like his voice and well, he's such a great poet. I find it so interesting to find the deeper meaning in the music. Here are the clips just in case you're interested!

Hi guys! How was your day? Well, it did not stop raining here in Los Angeles. It's been raining since Friday! I kinda want it to dry up already, but I guess LA needs the rain. It was a pretty nice and comfy today. I spent the day with the boyfriend, we ate Tam's (local burger drive thru, the fries are delicious btw) and we watched Lord of the Rings part 2 and 3. Even though they were super looooong I thought the movies were quite interesting. I hadn't really watched these movies before...I know I'm quite late on them. lol But I gave them a try, especially because my boyfriend really likes these so...why not!

Oh! So these shoes here from Bakers by Chelsea Crew are my little Christmas present from me to me. Haha! I know sounds a little egotistical. But hey! I ended up earning very good grades this Fall quarter so, its a way to reward myself. :D Even though I'm super broke now because of that bloody traffic ticket, but its all good! I can't wait to have these on my feet already! Would you guys wear these?

Hi guys! How do you guys like this collection? Nicole and Michael Colov of Helmut Lang, are very talented at making simple, minimalistic, yet very elegant. I love the whole Urban vibe it's just great! What is your favorite style? Do you have one? 

This collection really just pushes me further to try the whole maxi skirt look. But I don't know if it will suit me. I have some lying around in my closet actually...I shall try them on! 

By the way, I know this is random, but it's all gloomy and cloudy here in Los Angeles, but it's all good! Perfect whether to stay in with your comfy jammies! :)

Hola Chicas! Hows it going?! Hope well. As for me, I'm bummed out. I got a traffic ticket on Friday (for a stupid reason too) but oh well there's nothing I can do now I'm pretty much screwed. I'm gonna have to pay whatever the amount is going to be. Honestly, I'm quite paranoid now. lol

Well ANYWAY, here are a couple of pretty pics I saw on Stockholm Street Style! Couldn't help but to post these up! I just love the simple, cozy, layered look. By the way, I'm planning on doing some outfit posts soon now that I have more time. So stay tuned for that!

Jason Wu Pre-Fall 2011

I honestly love Jason Wu's way of designing. He just has the hand especially for this. This collection I think is simple but elegant and sophisticated. It kind of has a thirties vibe along with Art Deco details. The color palette consists of grays, blacks, and neutrals along with a touch of red and blue.

Wow...when I saw these, I became enchanted. I love the whole Byzantine theme, its gooorgeous! I love the color palette, the embellishments, and the little jewels/stones. It's all very beautifully executed. I loved how Lagerfeld combined Byzantine elements with like 60's silhouettes, what a genius! If you want to see the rest check the collection out at style.com

Oh! Good news you guys...I am finally done with fall quarter! Today was my last day of finals. I had my philosophy final exam today and I am sooooo relieved! Glad that is all over with.You know what this means? I'll be able to blog more often now, well for the next couple of weeks. lol

Compilation from the Zara Lookbook

These set of looks are from the Zara Evening Collection and November Lookbook. I picked these out because they call my attention the most. I would wear any of these outfits, no doubt about that! I like simplicity, it's just who I am. But of course it's simplicity with a bit of pizzazz. I like to wear solids and throw in some color, prints, texture, and of course any special vintage pieces. It's about balance also.

One thing I will be looking for in the next couple of weeks will be velvet leggings. I want some! And maybe a leopard print jacket/blazer/coat that resembles to any of the above. So tell me which of these is your favorite look??

Elongated Plum Cardi

Hello guys! Hows the day going for everyone? Before I say anything, i just want to thank those who have commented on my posts. Makes me really happy when I get a new comment! Who doesn't right? lol But really, thanks. I love reading your comments, and I make sure to answer back as soon as I am able. :)

So, I was able to take these shots before school yesterday. I decided to wear my new but thrifted long cardigan that I found at Goodwill. What really tickled my fancy was the color and its long-ness. For some reason I've really been digging long cardigans these past weeks. They're just great to throw on with anything!

So today, I plan to go do some early Christmas shopping. Yay! Might as well no? Hope I'm able to find some good stuff. You know, I have to admit something here: I don't know what it is, but I feel really good when I buy or give someone else something other than myself. Don't you?
